The software is never sold with the equipment presented. The sale of a machine does not include, except if specified, the right to the software. The purchaser of the equipment is responsible for complying with the applicable laws. The display of the equipment prior to the auction allows close examination of the items.

Due to the constant changes in the legislation governing medical equipment, the buyer alone is responsible for complying with the regulations concerning the equipment. The proper functioning of the equipment is not guaranteed, though the equipment can be plugged in before the auction during the exhibit upon request.
